La Estancia / Hotel Grace Cafayate

On our visit to Cafayate, not only we will delight ourselves with the wonderful landscapes of the Calchaquíes but we will indulge in such view from the Grace Cafayate Hotel with all of its characteristics comforts. Such hotel is part of La Estancia de Cafayate, a secluded residential vineyard estate that Robby Montenegro preferes to define as “Paradise within paradise”. Its 300 hectares alternate between vineyards and native forests, 18-hole golf course designed by Bob Cupp and its beautiful Club House with magnificent views.
El Porvenir Winery

During our stay we will visit the vineyards at the El Porvenir which for several reasons, is the leading winery in the region. We will taste their premium wines so that then we can match them and enjoy an incredible meal with the winery staff.
Agustín Lanus Wines / Bad Brothers

Among our journey through the high altitude wines in Cayate, we will visit the wineries of Agustín Lanus Wines and Bad Brothers Wines which consist of extreme altitude vineyards from where incredible grapes originate and result in special and complex wines. We will then taste together with its’ owner Agustín Lanús, the premium wines in his winery restaurant called Bad Brothers.
In addition to tasting the different lines of wine, we will also learn and work with the staff making our own cuts of wine and enjoy a great meal with regional ingredients.
Biodynamic Vineyard and Winery / Barbecue and stove at home with Robby

The last experience in Cafayate will be to visit vineyards and super premium organic and biodynamic wines from Diego Valsecchi. He is a boutique producer and winemaker who chooses to keep wines for years before releasing them to the market, a rare thing in the new world of wine.
This experience culminates after selecting and tasting these wines to pair with a special and traditional Argentinean meal (asado) at Robby and Inés’ house in La Estancia de Cafayate.
