Mendoza is Argentina’s wine traditional tourist destination par excellence. It is also the largest wine producer in the country and has the largest number of wineries. Mendoza is in consequence, the most prepared province for receiving tourism in general. Our proposal in Mendoza as in the whole Romovi Top Travel Experience, includes differentiating factors which are the most important factors for us: the exclusivity that we will live with family and/or friends in each winery where we will be welcomed and guide through their specialties.

Ernesto Catena Vineyards

Talking about Catena, means talking about Argentine wine as a synonym of high quality but also as the famous precursor family in high-end wines.
Ernesto is the eldest son of Don Nicolas Catena, as heir and family member he maintains his own project which we will enjoy thoroughly. Ernesto Catena’s winery is located in the Uco Valley, well-kown locatation for being the origin of high range Argentine wines. We will walk through the vineyards but we also learn from the organic and biodynamic vineyards, the virtues of the terroir.
In order to make the experience complete, we will then taste the top -of -the -range wines and we will be able to pair them with delicious plates specially prepared for us.
Cinco Sentidos Winery

If we talk about BOUTIQUE WINERIES, then Cinco Sentidos will undoubtedly be the right place to go. The winery owned by the Valdez family is located in Lujan de Cuyo and it is a true tribute to good taste and quality. Its’ careful aesthetic together with the wonderful service of their people makes it impossible not to fall in love with.
The owner Manuel Valdez and his staff are all passionate about wine and friendship therefore not only we will learn lots from the experience, but we will also indulge in its vineyards and taste the excellent premium wines as we enjoy above all, the warmth and gratitude of its’ people. It will be an experience in itself.
Sottano and Colosso Wineries

Sottano and Colosso wineries together with Sin Reglas winery will be part of this beautiful trip to pleasure. The winery is located in Lujan de Cuyo, traditional site par excellence for high-end Malbec, however, the group has vineyards in different locations such as Valle de Uco (Chacayes), San Martín and others.
Our experience will begin in the vineyards and then continue through its winery which will contain countless sensations and learnings by the hand of the general director for the three wineries Andrés Ridois. They will make us taste their famous wines such as Judas from Sottano, Colosso, Maldito and La Bestia among other beautiful elixirs by Bodega Colosso. We will also taste their Top wines Sin Reglas, Mil Demonios, Gitano and Mil Demonios Vikingo as well as the Ultra Top products: Los Arcángeles, without a doubt these wines accompanying the food they will specially prepare for us will be an unforgettable experience.
Azcona Family Winery, Pedernal Valley
Artisanal and Agroecological Winery

Knowing the Pedernal Valley in San Juan province, is to know one of the most differentiating terroir in viticultural Argentina for the future of high -end wines.
Upon discovering the Azcona family we will live by ourselves “an agroecological vineyard from its’ beginnings”, as the Winemaker Martín Azcona affirms in his own words.
You will be able to verify and share with the owners the stories lived from the implementation of each of the vines to their transformation in those wines that we will have the pleasure of tasting and enjoying.
